Ingredients
- 1 cup diced Dragonfruit
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 cup baby Bok Choy
Seasoning
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon English Mustard paste
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Blanch the baby Bok Choy and drain well.
- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all other seasoning in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
