Ingredients
  1. 100g Fusilli (about 1 and 1/3 cups)
  2. half cup shredded ham
  3. half cup sliced mushrooms
  4. half cup frozen or fresh mixed vegetables (e.g. carrot & peas)
  5. 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese powder
  6. 2 teaspoon olive oil
  7. water
Seasoning
  1. 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  2. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Put salt and 2 cups of water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil then add Fusilli pasta, cook for 8 minutes, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan, add vegetables and ham, saute for 2 minutes, then add half cup of water, tomato sauce and black pepper, bring to the boil.
  3. Transfer the pasta into the pan and stir to mix well.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese powder before serving.
