Ingredients
  1. 1 cup diced Dragonfruit
  2. 1 cup lettuce leaves
  3. 1 cup baby Bok Choy
Seasoning
  1. pinch of salt
  2. pinch of black pepper
  3. 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  4. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  5. 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  6. 1/4 teaspoon English Mustard paste
  7. 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
  1. Blanch the baby Bok Choy and drain well.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix all other seasoning in a small bowl to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
