Ingredients
  1. 160g chicken fillet, cut into strips
  2. 100g of two different types of fresh mushrooms of your choice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190ºC.
  2. Rinse and wipe dry all fresh mushrooms; cut roughly.
  3. Fold aluminium foil into a bag.
  4. Mix chicken with the seasoning, then stir in the mushrooms and place in the bag.
  5. Seal the bag and place in the over to cook for 20 minutes.
Seasoning
  1. 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
  2. 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  3. pinch of white pepper
  4. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  5. 1 teaspoon cooking wine (optional)
